Building is a process. It starts with a vision. By asking informed questions, we distil this vision and create a basis for solutions that are sustainable both now and in the future. As project managers we monitor scope, schedule, plan and financing throughout the entire project in accordance with it specific parameters.

Our collective experience means that each project is safe in our hands. We work from a project model based on certified project management system and ISO 10 006. We help to set up the project organisation, plans and budgets and through regular dialogue with our clients ensure the project meets the financial and technical requirements and targets.
We manage projects and processes, mainly building and installation projects in all stages, but also other processes in building and infrastructure. White’s project managers are placed in Gothenburg, Stockholm and Uppsala but work with projects all over Scandinavia as well as internationally. To constantly improve our processes and methodologies we participate in various research and development projects.
