Shared ownership equals shared responsibility

Founded on the idea of a shared ownership model in 1951, collaboration is a natural part of how we work. Anyone who works here can buy shares in the company. Today, White is owned by 375 members of staff of which 100 are partners. The partner system also creates continuity between generation shifts and economic cycles and allows the company to grow.
